DST段塞流动是指在油井开采(或生产)期间,液体不断地从地层流向井筒,而井筒中的流体还未到达地面。DST段塞流动在我国低渗透油藏中大量存在,而国外没有提出相应的试井解释方法。

采用已知流量的解释分析方法进行试井分析不能得到准确的解释结果,所以软件首先建立了地层及井筒耦合流动的方程(见图1),确定了流量与井底压力的关系,进而提出了流动与恢复的联合试井分析方法,解决了DST段塞流的压力资料解释问题,相关技术已在我国探井测试中得到广泛应用。

DST数据模块:实现DST流动及压力恢复数据导入、数据处理、数据管理及数据存储等。

图版计算模块:包括渗流模型、地质模型、井筒条件和油藏边界模型等类型,按组合方式构造DST试井分析图版。

DST试井分析模块:提供DST段塞流动期间的产量折算模块;DST流动与压恢联合分析;流量细分的压力及导数拟合分析。

报告输出模块:将输入数据、解释结果、各类图形及给类表格等以用户定义的报告方式输出。

界面模块:根据菜单、工具条及对话框将DST试井各模块联系起来,完成对DST测试的试井解释。

DST slug flow refers to the continuous flow of liquid from formation to wellbore during oil well exploitation (or production), and the fluid in wellbore has not yet reached the surface. DST slug flow exists in a large number of low permeability reservoirs in China, but no corresponding well testing interpretation method has been put forward abroad.

Applying interpretation analysis method of known flowrate to do well testing analysis can not get accurate interpretation results, so the software first establishes the equation of formation and wellbore coupling flow (see Figure 1), determines the relationship between flow rate and bottom hole pressure, and then puts forward a joint well testing analysis method of flow and recovery, which solves the problem of pressure data interpretation of DST slug flow, and the related technologies have been widely used in exploration well testing in China.

DST data module: Realizing DST flow and pressure recovery data  import, data processing, data management and data storage.

Chart calculation module: Including seepage model, geological model, wellbore condition and reservoir boundary model and etc., the DST well testing analysis chart is constructed according to the combination method.

DST well testing analysis module: Provides the production conversion module during DST slug flow; DST flow and pressure recovery combination analysis; flow subdivision pressure and derivative simulation analysis.

Report output module: Input data, interpretation results, all kinds of graphics, tables and so on are output in user-defined reporting mode.

Interface module: According to menu, tool bar and dialog box, each module of DST well testing is connected to complete the well testing interpretation of DST test.
